A Message from the Founder

“I founded INTRA after experiencing burnout as an entrepreneur and mother. For years, I prioritized work and others until it caught up with me—an experience I hope to play a role in helping others avoid. Despite years of practicing meditation and attending retreats, I had forgotten one simple truth: the power of disconnecting to reconnect.

My intention with INTRA is to create a space where people feel deeply held as they do their inner work. In this pause—where life slows down and the mind quiets—I believe each person can journey inward, letting go of what no longer serves them and stepping into a life of greater abundance, freedom, and authenticity.
